Excellent service, great price, super fast install!I wasn't sure what I wanted, but Karl was great with options and advice. I checked around comparing the price he quoted, and Slap are very competitive.The install was booked in a few days later, and was easy.Karl even offered that I come back a few days later to have the USB cables moved if I wanted (which I did)I certainly recommend Slap for a good product, service and price

Great place for your audio requirements for your vehicle, friendly and efficient. Very competitive pricing. Located close to Courtney place so easy to go for a wander while your car has its stereo fitted or fixed.

If I could give 50 stars I would! I always take my car to Karl and will always suggest people take their car there when they ask. An eye for detail others would miss, always willing to help when I'd get stuck after settings would reset. Don't waste your time going to a franchise when you can go see a friendly face and help to support the locals!

Great experience from Karl. He gave me plenty of options, no hard sell, and good advice. Final install looks great and works really well.I had trouble with some finicky third party cables I was using, and he let me come back in to trouble shoot at no extra cost despite the issues being intermittent and not caused by anything he had done.Can't recommend enough.

I asked Slap car audio to install my own equipment, I was quoted $500 to install my own gear which I thought was very expensive but went ahead anyway, I really wish I hadn't, I had to drive my car home with the interior in pieces after them having it a day and return it the next day.The final cost was $550 with no invoice and they had badly damaged the dash in my new car, I Tried to contact Carl three times and emailed him photo's of the damage with no response.They finally fixed my dash they damaged but due to their sub standard workmanship and incompetent installation services my very expensive Alpine amp blew up, they had used a very heavy gauge power wire from my battery (without a fuse) to my amp and instead of using correct fittings they just twisted the power wire which in turn was connecting with my amps chassis causing it to die, I have had to take my car to another audio installer just to get their worked checked and what they found they could not believe, the front passenger door windows wasn't plugged in and on all four doors they had forcefully removed the door panels breaking the clips without replacing the clips, so now each door has three clips when it should have six, legal action is now my only option DO NOT USE SLAP CAR AUDIO, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Awesome to deal with, pricing was competitive and the finish is great. I left it very late contacting Karl however he was accommodating and worked to my schedule. I'll certainly be going back!

Karl was amazing to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. Did an excellent job putting in a reversing camera on my campervan. Completely honest and have already recommended him to friends.
