My partner and I always decide to come to this McDonalds than any other one for dinner because their fries are always fresh. I've never had a problem with the food, if anything, I've always enjoyed it.The staff look well cared for and they've always been nice. I'm not under any suspicion it's a toxic environment as they're usually talking with one another which is a good sign. They're not understaffed too as there's always plenty of people on which is a great sign too.Sometimes there's seating available upstairs and the store is in a good location that the view isn't too bad.I do wish that there was more space to wait for your order but other than that thanks for the bussing food team.

Visited this restaurant around 2 am on Saturday night. The night shift manager was very rude with customers. Never seen this kind of behavior with customers in new Zealand before.

Toilets aren't available after 11pm. Not sure how that's allowed but there it is. The BP next door also has their toilets out of service" and both recommend you go to the other..."

The service was average. Ever since these ordering machines are installed the quality of the customer service has downgraded. The food was good though

I like to make the homeless people brawl in mcdknalds taranaki streets bathrooms for a chance to win a happy meal. Ive been able to turn this into a business and now also have a gambling ring in their bathroom. Join us.

Real nice people serving. Very kind to my grandchildren. Service was fast. Unfortunately Mcdonalds has put prices up. Poor girl apologised for this

Sat in the drive thru waiting for someone to take our order. Nobody did, so we drove through to the payment window where the staff member rudely refused to serve us and claimed she couldn't serve us at that window (not true, we've seen it happen before) and we'd have to rejoin the queue. A simple apology and taking our order would have rectified the issue, instead we got a bad attitude and told the issue was our fault. Not sure how not bothering to take the order of a waiting customer is the customer's fault.

I've always had pretty good experiences when I've had breakfast or a snack burger, accurately delivered orders, fresh hot food.Sitting upstairs is always a treat it's a beautiful view

We aren't from Welly and wish we'd gone to one of the other Maccas cos this one is small and filthy and they don't even have McCafe drinks which I was looking forward to!
