NZFix rescued my Saturday -- they were able to fix my broken smartphone screen within a few hours. Thank you for such professional, clear and kind service - the complimentary screen protector was a very thoughtful gesture. Thoroughly recommended.

My macbook crashed while I had a lot of editing work due, NZ fix helped me immediately and managed to fix the problem by that same evening, I think they even stayed a couple of hours later than usual to help. Super nice, and they did a great job.

My laptop needed some work done on it, and my mum told me how awesome the guys at NZFix are and how they did a great job fixing my sister's laptop, so I brought my laptop to be fixed at NZFix. From the start to the end of service the staff at NZFix were awesome, respectful, kind and they really know computers and their products so well! They were amazing!! I had all the upgrading, installation and back up work necessary for my laptop done, and not just that the friendly and understanding staff at NZFix- when they knew my car was being repaired, dropped off my laptop to my place when it was ready! I'm so impressed with the awesome service Satinder, Mandeep and Sam and the rest of the guys at NZFix provided. They provided such a professional and personalised service. I thoroughly recommend NZFix to everyone, thanks guys!

I am very thankful to NZFix for the best training which I never got from any other training center. I got the knowledge to develop my technician level skills to take my skills to further level and I got confidence to repair each and every mobile device. I accidentally ran over my phone with my car and the screen was severely broken, I went to NZFix to help me get it fixed urgently, the people at NZFix were very welcoming and repaired my phone in a very fast time fashion and I received my phone back the same day! I handed In my broken phone at 4:30pm and they closed at 6:00pm. They stayed past 6pm to fix my phone and were willing to stay at the shop past finishing time for me to pick up my phone. Very happy customer and will definitely come back for repair services. Thank you very much NZFix!!! A++++

I first would like to appreciate the whole team of NZFix, and very much to one of their student who recommended me to think about my carrier’s first step. I never thought that would ever have such skills of repairing in such depth. Our leader Mr. Balwinder, who taught in such a way never expected from any other. I hope they are going to inspire a lot more people around in NZ and wish they touch the heights of success and wish they soon open more training centre like this one to reach many more hidden talent.

INCREDIBLE HONESTY!! TWICE! A couple of months ago, my MacBook pro did not switch on after an update. I took it to NZFix. Got a call later and they said the battery was flat. The update must have drained it and I thought it was fully charged. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A SENT!! They easily could have made a few $100 off me..... Yesterday, same machine, I had a broken key, they simply fixed it (at minimal cost) and again...they so easily could have ripped me off by replacing entire keyboards etc... Well done NZFix! May this type of honesty be rewarded with customers flocking to you! You have my loyalty!
