Instant Finance Mangere
I applied 2 days ago, the person dealing with my loan review was not able to find my email that i sent twice. I was put on hold by 2 staff, i had to explain the whole reason for my call from the beginning to each one of them. Even then I was misinformed and on the waiting list after being told the loan will be processed. I was even told i will receive a call in 30 minutes but i had to call them back as no one called and an hour had passed. The last staff i talked to told me i will receive a call after the long holiday which is in 4 days even after politely explaining the situation was urgent, there was no urgency shown from the staff to help.

The best place to get a loan when you’re short or needing that extra cash. The staff members are lovely, approachable and kind and they strive to get things done in a timely manner. Sisilia the branch manager is amazing. She understands the customers and knows how to converse and is striving to always get things done for the customer. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Mangere Instant Finance for everything!
