I contacted Transdev re obtaining CCTV data from one of their Park n Ride Carparks, the customer service I received was outstanding. The team member responded prompted & went over and above the expected response with extremely helpful information & next step recommendation. This was the best customer service I have received in a long time and what I would be striving for in a company. Thank you Dave!

Much more reliable service than the previous operator provided although the wairarapa line hasn't got better yet and the staff don't look like prison gards now the new metlink uniform is tidy. But please allow the train crew to wear shorts in summer.
