Have been sitting in Westbank Rd in the Motueka Valley now for over 40 minutes while road surfacing is taking place. No indication of how long we are expected unexpectedly to wait. A good test of patience!Suggestion : add a expect delays" sign at eithercwnd while choices can still be made."

there is a Downers road marking tractor outside my place right now - it's 10.15pm. The noise is really out of place at this time of night, in a residential street. This work should not be carried out after 10pm.... no way. We need to sleep.
