Sweet setup of a store! Plenty of choices and great prices!

The shop floor staff are excellent.But don't bother buying anything online unless you want to wait over a month for delivery. The upper management and directors of this company must be incompetent. They even have the audacity to mention on their website Delivery time 30 days"Hopeless."

Staff member not pleased about giving a refund for a obviously faulty product. He failed to fix the zips on boots at the service counter. I'm entitled to a refund, it's the law

This is a terrible experienceI ordered some stuffs online last Monday and when I came to the store to pick it up today, the staff here just told me there was no stock without any explanations, I quote ‘ there is nothing here’. I tried to explain to the staff that I have already ordered online and paid my money. Their response was like they can’t help me and I need to call the customer service which is closed during the weekend. I’m not blaming the staff or anything but I think they could do better at explaining the whole situation instead of just asking to call someone else. I’m also deeply disappointed by the company’s dishonest behavior. If there was no stock, why would you let me order it? Ok if it’s a system error, all you need to do was to call me and I would understand. Instead, they did nothing! They didn’t bother to call me or give me my money back! I only found out this after I spent one hour trying to get to the store on a Sat morning.I’m deeply disappointed by their dishonest behavior and I’ll never shop here again!

This shop was new to me. They stocked the item I was wanting so, everything went well. Checkout was very smooth. Job done. This shop certainly stocks a wide range of Industrial Safety Equipment, along with a great selection of ancillary equipment. In some way this is like a one stop shop.

Very tidy store. Heaps of safety equipment as well as tools you can’t get elsewhere off the shelf. Customer service is great as well, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Really impressed by the hand tools selection at the Penrose store and service from the team was excellent.

Good service, and the person who served me was very polite and knowledgeable. This particular store has a good range of stock in store, including goods out the back. If the safety clothing/ footwear size you want isn't on the shelf or rack, a staff member will go out back and get what you ask for. I went in for a pair of safety shoes, and the brands they have are good hard-wearing types.
