I hate westpac i lost my card nd they blocked it over the phone the next day I found on my car nd call back nd they said we couldn’t identify you now so within 12 hours they can’t identify me its really pathetic customer service

No answer to emails. Calls go to voicemail with very old message on the machine. Very limited hours. Trying to contact from overseas is practically impossible.

This is the worst branch ever. Only came here because it was close. It is understaffed and has slow systems. Don’t come here unless you have an hour to kill.

Westpac offers disgraceful service with almost no north shore branches or ATM left open. People and customers are just a nuisance. Don't bank with them.
