Friendly, efficient service but, considering how busy they were a little disappointed I was told 10-15 minutes wait. I was not surprised it was almost half hour hour. I don't mind the wait but would have preferred a more likely timeframe

Pizza Hut Gore I've only given them for star for their pizzas as four out of five times the pizzas are beautiful but everything again like my last delivery the pizzas didn't taste as nice still better than Dominos sorry picture big time back to the Pizza Hut delivery service is amazingly quick and everything is always hot and one thing is when I change the base sauce or add pineapple or chicken whatever you do they never seem to stuff the pizza up it's always what you asked for thank you Pizza Hut keep it up try on that fifth pizza to make them all perfect

The store is fine but when you order a extra on a pizza it would be nice to be on there. I've ordered a loaded pepperoni a few times and it is always the same as a normal or less.

Non delivery, unable to call store, answer phone doesn't indicate its Pizza Hut. Rude staff when trying to sort it all out. Customer service training is required

Ordered online for delivery and pre paid, 2 hours later and 3 phone calls (plus one call where they hung up one me) to the store they said it would be there soon, i called for the last time and asked for the manager they said they received no order for my name delivery. had to drive down and try to get my money back. i asked 3 times for my money back and the manager started listing off the options and i said very clearly i would like my money back. He wasn't listening , i got so annoyed and over it i just said i will take a voucher as soon as i said that he piped up ran off and got me vouchers. very disappointed.
