Awesome communication and customer service! The beautiful dress I ordered was exactly as I expected (if not better) and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. They are eco-friendly too when it comes to their packaging, which is always a massive selling point for me. Would definitely recommend Rabbit Borrows to anyone and I will definitely be back in the future :)

Needed a last minute fit last weekend - literally ordered it at 9pm and emailed asking if I could pick it up early morning. They were replying so kindly (and late lol) and made my life so easy. Then they really went above and beyond and put gift cards in my bag - basically got money back. Defs my go too from now on xx

Pre-ordered a dress weeks in advance on their website. It said it would arrive 1-3 days before the day I needed it. When it wasn't there on the Thursday morning (the wedding was Friday) I messaged them to double check when it would be arriving. I received no reply. I messaged them on their insta, on their email and on their website multiple times on Thursday with no reply. Then I received an automated txt at 6pm saying the item had been picked up by the courier. 6pm The day before the wedding! I messaged again and asked if they think it will arrive in time. No answer.In the end the dress didn't arrive until midday but by then I had already gone out and purchased a dress because I had no assurances to it arriving on time and I needed to be ready early that morning. They never replied to any messages at all. Poor service.

Do not rent from rabbit borrows. Dress never arrived for rental date and email inquiries never replied to. I had rented the dress well in advance of the event, disappointing experience.
