Was here for bar keepers friend. The lady there could not be more helpful. She was brilliant. And yes they did have some lovely things for interior design. Really nice shop and great service.

Wonderful, professional, friendly service. I ordered a few products online and it turns out they didn’t have one in stock, they apologised and processed a refund, and even sent me a wee gift as an apology! Brilliant customer service. Can’t recommend highly enough. ☺️

Everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We designed the whole interior and exterior with Waitaki, from tiles, cabinetry, colours and will only be using them in the future. Highly recommended!
