staff had no idea what they were doing, made me wait 40 minutes to then tell me they couldn't help, went to willis street spark and David their sorted it all and remedied their f up

Had Parv serving me, bloody legend. Offered my kid to play on the IPad while waiting. Even offered to stay overtime time to apply SIM, screen protector and case. GREAT SERVICE OVERALL!

I have a work mobile through Spark. Unfortunately the Porirua Store is the closest to my work place. I had terrible dealings with the store when my phone was up for renewal so already have a bad opinion of the place. I have called the Porirua Store 6 times today so far to ask if they have a particular item in stock. Not once has the phone been answered. Everytime to an answer machine. Now I haven't left a message following my last dealings with this store,2 were not replyed to over a 6 day period. Not very good service at all and it seems nothing has changed. I had to click at least one star so this would post but its not my true rating...........

After being a loyal customer for years I was charged early termination fee when I switched, because I increased my data limit on my account page 11 months earlier. This was not clear on their website. Be aware when you change an online setting.

The staff here were one of the best (not only with spark but with any retail assistants / customer service) staff I have ever met! I came in with my partner for an iPad and the 2 female staff were super kind and helpful!!

Super inconvenient. We understand that they are training new staff etc. They need to respect their customer’s’ time. More than 10 people are in queue. We do not appreciate this at all. We pay for a service. This should be 1star. I gave 2stars because of the friendly staff. Extremely poor branch management. They literally think they are the only service providers. Absolutely useless. They need more staff members

Great service, pleasant staff. Helpful but busy, very busy, a bit of a wait but the brittishness of New Zealand came out and we cued(sp) like pros.
