Bike It Now!

Excellent service from the guys & gals at Bike it Now, both Cromwell & Clyde, when I did the Lake Dunstan trail today.From a brilliant e-bike (yes, with gel seat) that was easy to ride, had plenty of grunt for the switchbacks and did everything right (thanks Danny), to the smiling faces (Fletch & the Lisa? & Dave at the Clyde end.What a magnificent trail. Such a credit to the engineers that designed and built it. Fab scenery, lots of interesting history boards and I loved the schist retaining walls and cantilevered tracks around the rock outcrops.Thanks folks.

Bike it now sorted us out for our trip on the rail trail. All of our communication with Lois and the team was easy, they organised the ideal accomodation for our group and the bikes were in great shape. I would recommend this friendly bunch to anyone looking for a company to help in their biking adventures around central.

So the day after I posted this originally, the part owner rang me. My son listened and said berate" isn't too strong a word to describe how he spoke to me.He kept repeating he wanted to "solve the situation" but couldn't name the situation or how he might resolve it. How about a refund for a payment I shouldn't have had to make???? - that didn't occur to him. I kept waiting for him to figure it out.He eventually asked me if I was now happy with the bike. I said it was a year old so should have a service but I wouldn't take it there. He did offer to pick it up and do it himself. By this stage I had zero trust. No thanks.However the funniest part was him repeatedly telling me why it was OK for a salesperson to stop serving me to see to other customers (serving them completely while I waited

Cheers guys for sorting out my valve issues so fast! Rocked in at 9am with a broken valve, fixed and with new sealant in the tyre we were out by 9.10am. Amazing service

Bike It Now was incredibly helpful to us right on closing time. We needed brake fluid and he discovered a bolt missing in the rear suspension. Although he didn't have the parts he went out of his way to get us going for our bike ride the next day, and found parts that worked. So helpful and straight up about what was needed. Thank you

Great experience with Bike It Now. At the last minute, they managed to organise bikes and shuttles for our group of four to ride the Lake Dunstan. The bikes were top quality and the service from all staff was excellent. Would definitely go back!

Bikeitnow Cromwell has provided four of us excellent service and instructions as four of are not regular bike riders. We spent 4 hours on the Lake Dunstan Bike land and came back a little bit late due to my legs cramped. However, I really appreciate Bikeitnow's staff checked us on our way home and called us to check if we did alright. Great service and really enjoyed the bike trip!!
