NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WASHING MACHINE REPAIRS!I feel bad leaving this review as he is a friend of my mum's who recommended him to me, however I have to be honest and I never want anyone else to have a bad experience like I did!He did not want to come look at my machine and tried to get information over the phone from me, during this process he was grumpy/snappy and I was almost in tears, I was made to feel like I was a huge pain in the a... just for trying to get my washing machine fixed! He told me it sounds like a water valve issue" and nothing else. In desperation after a week or so of no help from him

Rob and James could not have been more friendly, helpful and efficient. James did an excellent job of replacing the spring in our old oven door. Without asking, he also tightened the handle on the door. I highly recommend Stove R Us.

Fantastic place. It is so hard to get anything repaired anymore. As well as great repair service they have quality reconditioned stoves. When I was in property management, we would use their stoves all the time. A quality older model is often a much better option than a budget new one.

We’ve been dealing with Rob for some 10 years now .First with our washing machine ( since been replaced ) and now with our stove. I cannot recommend his work highly enough.
