Brilliant service and communication. I emailed a request and received a response within minutes. The item I wanted was packaged and sent the same day and received the next working day. A huge thanks to Kerry who kept me in the loop with information and timing. I definitely recommend these guys and their products.

Don't recommend! Customer service is totally, unacceptable. After contact, it took 4 months to get the products. Unsure why? But it was backordered, didn't even let me know!

Very happy with the service of NZ Hardware. Ordered 2 door handles, but changed my mind after a couple of days. I wanted a different colour handle. I called them. The order was hassle free changed. 5 days later I received them. Great service. Thanks

I really should have read the reviews before ordering.......I admit to ordering the incorrect item at first so contacted customer service and asked what to do. Return it for a refund and reorder was the reply. I did as asked and then noticed my refund was quite a bit less than I had paid so I phoned and was told at that point of a 20% surcharge on returns. Ludicrous behaviour for an online company and no way to get repeat customers. Don't go near these guys.

Be very weary of this company. I ordered some items which took over 2 weeks to arrive and I had to follow them up twice. When the order arrived it was incomplete I have called them twice to get a refund but no one has got back to be. Definitely not recommended
