Thank you for the great Kids Spider-Man cake.

Had a few pretty bad experiences here. The first was in an afternoon on 2019 where we went to purchase a cake and the employee was selling an unsold cake that was sitting on display since the morning for $50 ($5 discount, they mentioned it was sitting since then which would have already dried out and melted hard by then) and another experience in early 2020 where we purchased a mudcake and cheescake but the mudcake had long black hair in it. Never again with this store, we've decided to take our shopping to other bakers.

I am there regular customers buy all the timeThere full size cake quality is always good.But when i look for smaller quantity for my kid. That smaller quantity has always a bad qaulity.Today i bought double chocolate strawberry one($16) (best before -24/03/23)Cream and bread already loose the grip.

Albert is such a life saver!! Called in even though they were already closed for a last min birthday cake and Albert answered and said he was still there and he can open the door once I arrive. His service was even more AMAZING on top of all that! Thank you so much Albert for being awesome. We need more people like you :)

Very poor service by the staff member, would not offer me the $5 discount, despite being my birthday and ignored my email that I showed her. She made it difficult and tried to over charge me. She also tried to act silly and clearly she did not want to assist me. In the end, this frustrated me and I walked out and did not make a purchase or will never make one in the future. This is all because of her and the new management. I noticed her go in the back and ask another staff or potential second in charge, that member did not bother coming out to resolve the matter. She decided to hide in the back. I do not recommend this shop at all. If I could, I would give them a zero, instead of a one star.

Friday 5th May 2023 visited around 5-7PM.There were two girls working. Both asian girls. I apologize for assuming their nationality but I do not remember their names.It was the worst customer service experience from this store. They didn’t even look like they wanted to be there. No smile no nothing. If it wasn’t for my sister’s birthday I would’ve just walked out.Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t go in if those girls work there. When I asked them questions about the cake they just seem rude and can’t be fked. Other times I’ve had good experiences. Please tell your employees to treat customers better. Your appearance and body language is what customers see first the moment they enter your store.

The worst customer service in Auckland. I bought a cheese cake for my guest on their birthday. There was a hair underneath a transparent layer of jam on the top of the cake and my customers showed it to me when they opened the cake and refused to cut it. I felt very embarrassed. I called them to inform about the incident and their staff told me to bring the cake to the shop for them to inspect???. I brought it back, showed a girl that hair. They tried to blame that hair was mine but could not because the hair laid under the jam layer. Then she did not say a word to me and brought the cake to the back. 10 mins after she came out and told me that either i take another cake or they will refund me. Of course I chose to be refund but the staff even did not said a word or an apology to me as if that was a normal thing. When I asked for a store manager to complain, they treated me like I was trying to exaggerate and the manager approached me and told me so what?". I complained but they did not get my words in. They were completely shameless shop manager and staffs. I have never had any experience like this at any store in Auckland

I purchased quarter of tiramisu cake from here for $15. Thinking would get the quality worth for $15 but it was very dry and crumbly not even near to look fresh and moist. Even the taste wasn't good. Not at all worth for the money paid. On top when I shared my opinion with owner in a polite manner she misbehaved and showed very arrogant and stubborn attitude towards the customer. Unprofessional and poor quality item not worth for the money spent. Branding is copied to cheese cake factory I actually walled into the shop thinking about the cheesecake factory but came out to be cheesecake shop so kind of imitating the look and decor from a reputed brand.

Good quality cake as usual, love it. Also good service from Julia and Albert

Nice variety of cakes and delicious cakes. Various options to choose from. Friendly staff. They prepared my order before time on my request. Would definitely visit again.
