Beautiful new playground. Walks around lake scenery amazing. Walk way almost complete. A lot of walkers & cyclists out today.

Lake Waihola Domain
Lake Waihola is back on our enjoyable visits list. Its landscaping really makes a difference reviving the attractiveness of the reserve for fish and chips and picknicking and taking a break from driving. Go for a walk see boaties jet skiers and kayakers on the lake. Fringes are bounded by green hilly farmland and the dome of ever-changing sky above.

Made a stop here for the public toilet which was not clean enough but unexpectedly had a good rest with a nice view.

Got some yummy food at shop. Weather was real windy so lake was a bit dirty looking. Still enjoyed looking at lake and the ducks while we ate. The area around the lake is very beautiful. Well done.
