Excellent addition to the University food court. I've ordered several times from this store and they consistently produced one of the best tasting bubble teas. Flavours on point and great customer service.

Poor service, I asked for a taro milk tea with pearls and i got a taro milk tea without pearls. When I said to the service attendant they forgot to put pearls in they said I didn't mention the pearls so they didn't put pearls in. I couldn't be bothered arguing. Don't waste your time or money, go to the other gong cha on Lorne Street.

Tried the QQ passion fruit green tea. It's refreshing, yet I still ptefer their boba milk tea.

It's fine but it's not as good as any other Gong cha place I've been to :( and you don't get to stab the straw through the top thingy :(

Previous years have been great but I recently went and was excited to try out the hot pearl milk tea but was kind of disappointed with the quantity... My friend also had the same amount but for a different flavour.

It’s close so it’s efficient and it tastes amazing too, great especially in summer where it’s hot, but always a good place to get a drink during winter too.
