Carpet Court Hamilton

So very thrilled with the whole team at Carpet Court. Jessica was amazing, she made choosing our Vinyl planks easy. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys that came and installed them were so very professional and the end result is stunning. Just could not be better.

I have had the worst after care service in my life from the Hamilton branch. I have been contacting Bryan the store manager since November 2021 and every month since then it is now February 2022. I need repairs done to the new vinyl and carpet that was poorly installed. we soft edge nails sticking out through the carpet and the lifting vinyl not applied correctly and no response they have been sent photos of the poor quality work and still no response.I DO NOT! recommend them they are quick to take your money but no interest in the quality of the service

Hamilton branch. Very bad communication and worse planning for installation, had to change my renovation plan because of this branch. My builders and contractors were waiting for the carpets causing more cost for me. It was the worst nightmare dealing with them. Not even worth for one star.

Update: I'm very pleased to report Carpet Court came through. Funds have been returned. I've given them an extra star accordingly. But it still took too long & processes/communication with customers needs improvement. Very quick to take our $6850 deposit on new hard flooring, but when we decided to cancel the credit contract 3 working days later, Carpet Court really dragged the chain. I had to phone almost every day to get our own money returned! Who has time for that? Unacceptably difficult. Store manager Tiana doesn't even have working voice mail on her mobile phone. What? When Brooke assured me she'd sent all the paperwork off to Q Mastercard to refund the $4035 we put on the card, I followed up with a phone call next day. Q Mastercard said they'd received 'nothing and no cancellation of long term finance was requested' by Carpet Court. They said it's easy to do - the merchant just needs to jump on the online Q Mastercard portal and request a cancellation & it's done. But CC still dont appear to have done this despite me asking all week. 2 stars because initially, Brooke and Emma were awesome.

We recently built a new home and obtained a separate quote from Michelle Weston at Carpet Court Hamilton as a comparison with the usual supplier our building company uses. After viewing the plans, Michelle, suggested we consider using one of their carpets that is manufactured in 4m wide rolls instead of the conventional 3.66m rolls. The benefit to us was less joins in our living areas and high traffic spots. Pricing and carpet quality was comparable to the building company quote but the layout plan was far more practical. The carpet layers did a great job and we are very grateful to Michelle for the 4m wide suggestion. Progress photo below with feature wall paper.

they deserve no star at all! the worse business i have ever dealt with in hamilton or nz ever! very costy and very very bad service after i purchased the carpet and installed. stuff answered calls but not giving me any information but just kept telling me someone will ring me back in 10 mins then disappeared. they i had to kept ringing back, my questions was how long the warranty for my carpet i installed from them. they just refused to contact me and kept telling me they dont know. when i said there might be something wrong with the carpet as it was not installed properly initially, someone named Tracy Buchanan answered the call started questioning me as a policewoman, did you drag the furniture when moving them instead of lifting them. or did you wash the carpet yourself by hiring the rug washing machine instead of hiring some professional company? etc. she was questioning me like a policewoman talking to a criminal. the attitude was way bad, and bossy. i have never had this bad experience in nz ever before. carpet court does not know how to communicate and run a business at all. they dont deserve any star. i have to put one star so i can post this review.

Real mixed bag. From the looks of reviews from the last few months they're having issues which aligns with our experience. The products are good quality. Sales staff are nice and polite. Installers were good people, but it seems like there was little to no communication in between so the installers were showing up not really knowing what was happening. Things were left out or different from what was quoted which although they adjusted the invoices still we didn't really get what we wanted in the end. Invoices were all over the place, and I'm not confident we ended up at the right number in the end. Also, have an issue with some extra charges which don't quite seem justified to me. I'm currently waiting for someone to come back and fix some of the flooring but haven't had any response since last year. Sales staff and installers keep this from being a 1 star review.

After sales service was terrible.The product itself and contractors who installed were amazing.Was given the wrong colour flooring (minor difference so we arent too upset as it still looks good), they didnt seem to care.Major difficulty separating clients hence the confusion. Kept sending us invoices with wrong name or addresses on.. even after I requested them to be updated.I wouldnt use them again.

Incredible service from start to finish, Rachel was quick to respond and organize the quote which was a very fair price, Allan and John who were the installers were on time, very lovely and easy to interact with, not to mention they did the carpet in record time and to the highest standards. 10/10 all around:)

My new Coretec flooring looks incredible! So much warmer and quieter, the difference is amazing. Carron was so helpful in the showroom, and the installers Alex and Vlad from TS Flooring did the rest. They were punctual and professional, and left the place clean and tidy. Can't be happier with the finished job!
