Very helpful and lovely staff over there!But just the car wash service is a bit creepy since I've been lock in there twice lolIt really needs a regular checkNot the most decent rate but in overall recommended for fueling

I payed for the top car wash service a Mobil hilcrist, Hamilton but got worst service even I show car washed to the staff he agreed car not washed properly as I was running late for my appointment I told him I will come back he said we will figure out the solution, when I came back they said that the best our car wash , wash the car , he said we can’t do anything.( hardly any soap sprayed on the car , or can say no soap only water and brushes freaking joke, )It’s overpriced, over promised and zero service ( whatever written in the wash description it didn’t deliver)I used to use BP wash at whitiora Hamilton that’s best I would recommend. Even low price tooI will post on facebook and groups too for everyone’s awareness cause I felt it’s scam. Or would try to get help from consumer protection nz.I used this service cause my company account with Mobil, I would change that too.

SHOCKING!!pre paid $20 for 91 gas then went to pump into my vehicle and the pump would not work .The person on the desk was rude and NOT helpful at all wouldn't even refund my money or check into why the pump was not working.Really really dissatisfied.Won't be going there ever again.

Clean new concrete means diesel and oil spills are safer and easier to avoid when using a motorbike. The old filthy tar seals you have at most gas stations is saturated from 1 end to the other with contaminates that effect tire traction and safety. 1 star deducted due to all OPTs outside being sun faded. Sorry

Good brush free carwash so nothing to scratch your paint. It can miss a few low down bits round the wheel arches but generally a pretty good clean. It pays to brush off your cobwebs first though.

I was singled out among 3 customers filling our Vehicle's to prepay my fuel. I have asked the owner in regard to Mobil Hillcrest's Policy on making someone prepay for fuel.I believe I was a demographic/profiled by the staff who I have to say are very good at their job.I think it stinks that owners use their staff to do security instead of hiring a professional.

To be honest the only reason I go to this gas station anymore is for air for my tyres.....gas in so more expensive than other places you can go and inside the store is tired and small

Stopped for a break. Needed to uses the toilets. A very clean station. The staff very bizzy but was able to speech to each one of use politely and as I left to say drive safely.

Hadn't been here for years but was awesome to get the same friendly, great service from the staff. The place is looking quite tired but the service makes up for it.

Only pulled in as it was across from the supermarket but was going to check our caravan tyre presure but some was there cleaning there car
