Karla was amazing in helping to design the 3 last letters that we required for this customised words of ours. Thanks so much for completing our lil project & to Ayesha too for making the 1st contact and it came full circle as we picked it up as she was in-store during the weekend.Great work guys! The Monster Company are wonderful to do business with. I had purchased a variety of the alphabet letters to put on our entrance hall. Unfortunately one fell off and broke. I had telephoned Karla about this and we went down to Raglan to replace it. Unfortunately they were not open on this particular Saturday. I phoned Karla and she came and opened up her shop and I purchased our letter ‘f’. Karla is very friendly and not once was I made to feel as though I was a nuisance. I recommend Karla to anyone who wants to purchase some of her unique pottery.
