Unfortunately listen to the other posts they are correct. Another name to add to the list of Testing Officers wanting to fail students for the sake of it - Hamish B. Really rude, really unprofessional. I agree with other posts better to put your money into travelling elsewhere to get drivers licence than wasting it here.

Here staff is so professional and co operative.I had my driving test here , receptionist the lady wo so polite and active on other side the person who took my test was super professional to .5 stars for everything

Went in for a WOF renewal and I was really happy with the service. It was quick and efficient, and the staff were lovely. Had a good yarn with them while I waited.

do not go here for a drivers test, got tested by Ron who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. amongst an unpleasant attitude towards his job, he threatened to fail me if I didn't move the passengers seat back for him.

Really nice staff, got everything done quickly for a busy Saturday morning.

We went in for driving test this morning we had very bad service. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Incompetent beyond belief . Daughter booked drivers license test , she took day off work with no pay and traveled to VTNZ that was an hours drive away . She booked a refresher test first at her expense . When she finished that she went into VTNZ to let them know she was there for the driver test . Lisa behind the counter told her that her test was cancelled and didn’t she get a txt .? Turns out they txt her on a different number to the one that was provided when it was filled out on line and when taken to task on it the woman (Lisa) was rude and didn’t care less saying to just rebook . So basically a lost days wages through their incompetence and zero accountability . They weren’t intelligent enough to think if someone doesn’t reply to their txt that it should be followed up to save incredible inconvenience. Their response to this will be their standard empty apology and a website to send complaints to . Circus of a place that I’d rate zero stars if I could . Do not book anything through this outfit .
