Easy accessible place that seems as though it's fairly busy overall. Staff was very friendly and happy to fill a small 2kg LPG tank for a very reasonable price.Unfortunately the person on the main cash isn't the best at math and gave me $8 change for an $11 total breaking a $20 bill. It took the cashier a solid 10 seconds to incorrectly count the change, so I just took the change and left.Great place to stop to refill LPG tanks though!

Helpful but being deaf wasn't nice what they were saying customers shouldn't be talked or joked about especially elderly people.

Today my wife waited for service while the attendant was in a personal conversation she stood by the car until her patience ran out she then continued to Morrinsville where she received good service at the BP Service Station. It seems service isn't important at Te Aroha, I suggest you go to BP Morrinsville.

The staff here are cool an friendly, access to servo is easy, cars all flow through great. The inside has a great shop, great food. Petrol is at reasonable prices. Everyone is happy

The other day went for Diesel & it ran out letting me put the end of the tank in our Motorhome!! Should have told me?? Today went in for LPG got told I was the only one at station so can't do it?? I was the only one there at Station!! What's the problem?? Couldn't even tell me a time to come back to fill my bottle??This isn't the first time that we have had bad service at this station. Not very friendly & really let's the town down.
