GO TO THEM IF YOU WANT TO B E TREATED BADLYOrdered an item after much discussion with the Director, Grant of Think Water Timaru (Washington Pumps) and when it arrived we went for a pick up. On the phone Grant promised a price inclusive of GST & Freight as a final price.Grant was unavailable upon arrival so had to deal with staffs over the counter who said it was the price over the phone + GST + Freight. When the male staff consulted others in the office, Grant came pacing from the workshop and said If you have a problem you get the item from another place". This was happening in the presence of 2 other customers who walked in after us. These walk-ins were swiftly taken away. Grant said "we're not losing money on Freight because of you". In our final invoice we were still charged Freight

I have known Grant for like 30years he was my boss for making trellis and I have total respect for him....Grant knows his products well and his customer service is amazing, he has taught me everything I know to help me in retail service...I TOTALLY RECOMMEND dealing with Grant and the team at Think Water Timaru

A little disappointed with the price to change 2× O rings on a caravan water pump. The young man who did it was really nice, not his fault it's all worked out on a computer.
