If I could give zero stars to the Takanini branch I would!! The service there is absolutely rubbish. Staff are so unfriendly and take their sweet time when making sushi. They think cleaning the store is more of a priority over making the food. Then when they actually start your order they take a good 20mins atleast. This has happened several times now. The food is below average too and isn’t made with love. Every single time I’ve ordered from here my order I made wrong. I have tried giving them another chance by going back and hoping my experience would be better, but tonight proved it never will!! Wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place on earth!

I got the Inari, large chicken rice ball and miso soup. Sushi isn't something I go out of my way to get, I only came here because my friend wanted a vegan option from here...but I will say that what I got was made fresh and the staff were very polite.

Workers preparing food need to take care. I found a long strand of dark hair tucked in and around the lettuce and sashimi salmon. Not a healthy safe food option. The Katsu, prawn tails and crisp sushi were fine.

i’m horrified.. usually when i come in to grab a snack it’s really good i came in tonight to grab some tofu pockets and some avocado junkie sushi and omg the tofu pockets had avocado pieces in them and they were HARD AS ROCK they weren’t even edible

I love the fact that they have an option to make your sushi fresh and they also put the soy sauce in between the sushi and the sides so that they don’t touch (if you’re someone like me that hates wasabi) I also LOVE that they close at 8pm!! They’re sushi is mouth watering!!
