Great spot and great service. My work forgot to reserve me a car space but the staff were fantastic and sorted the issue in no time. My comfortable studio suite came with an oven, fridge, microwave and laundry appliances. Complimentary ear buds came in handy due to construction work around the neighbourhood.

A very rude lady at the reception. Was trying to book a night there, but she didn't give me the room price and availability until I provide all my details. After a short conversation just hung up the phone without any explanation. Won't recommend this place, customer service is very poor

Modern, clean, tidy, and exceedingly well equipped. The rooms have fridge with separate freezer compartment, washing machine, dryer, and microwave as well as cutlery, flatware, etc. There is no restaurant but the Cafe next door does a great and reasonably priced breakfast and they open before 7am. Smart TV with Netflix and also allows casting from phone, laptop etc.

Great clean rooms, customer service was amazing, James helped with my internet issue immediately. Really enjoyed my stay here. Will most definitely look here for availability when I am next in Auckland. Thanks guys!

The room is clean and modern. It's adequate for a shirt stay, but the living room for 1bed room is quite tiny, actually its not much bigger than a studio.

Comfortable, clean room, everything I needed. Manager was very pleasant and accommodating. Had a couple of issues in room that were fixed promptly and professionally. Plenty of amenities nearby for meals and only a short walk to the domain for pleasant walks/runs and contemplation. Close enough to the city centre to walk if you're so inclined. Only issue that is not the fault of the hotel is it's quite noisy from trains, traffic and city activity.

Brilliant stay, me my wife and two kids stayed for nearly a month.Great staff , family owned .They can’t do enough for you I highly recommend staying here, you get brilliant facilities (Gym) easy walk into CBD .Can’t rate this place high enough .Cheers Pete, Lynn , Louie and Bella.

Very nice accommodation which had it all: small kitchen, washer, dryer, ... Reception is empty quite a lot (Sundays eg). During my stay Monday was a bank holiday and that meant no new towels or clean on Sunday or Monday which is too long
