What a great idea for a business in New Zealand, and how excellently executed!Fantastic customer service, swift and uncomplicated.I purchased a refurbished iPhone and sent my old iPhone for a trade-in. The new phone arrived overnight (in great condition and just as described). My credit for the old phone was on my account just a few days after I sent it off.As described on their FAQ page, the battery warning disappeared after two weeks, and my refurbished iPhone is running smoothly.Thanks again for the trade and your great work!

Excellent service from GoodTech. Phone despatched on day of order and arrived by courier next working day. Was no problem to set up as I had (fortunately) saved my old phone to iCloud 3 days before it died. Phone was as described and is working perfectly. I would happily recommend this company to others. Good range of products and prompt attention.

The phone is great in every respect, I won't buy a new phone or computer again now that I've discovered them. My only niggle is that they were completely disinterested in discussing my options re. my smashed and mortally wounded old phone. Luckily it revived enough for me to transfer my data. A bit of customer service would’ve been appreciated. Highly recommended for a bare bones purchase.

Very smooth process, easy to navigate and clear. I picked up the iPhone purchased which was ready and waiting. A week latter all is working as it should. Being hesitant about refurbished equipment following this experience I wonder why we all do not purchase this quality of product.
