Tony is so informative and attentive and talks you through every step of caring for our hive, from the position and regular checks right throught your surrounding garden and plants! He encorages you to be involved and get hands on if you like. Their newest addition of Microgreens to their product offering is wonderful with delivery of the freshest, greenest little flavour grenades! We have them with every meal. The bonus is that it makes even the most boring dinner look posh and fancy! I encourage everyone to try th Tony and Creative Urban Farms.

If you haven't yet experienced mindful eating, it's worth trying a dish of these extraordinarily delicate and sumptuous micro greens. I found myself over lunch today, being lifted out of normal time, into a space where I could not only savour, and enjoy the flavours of these micro-greens, but savour and enjoy life. At the Parnell Farmers market, where I purchased them earlier today, Tony was so friendly, warm-hearted, and informed about the diversity of delights in front of me. I came away with a container filled to the brim with a colourful bouquet of radish micro greens, broccoli, mustard, coriander, sorrel, kale, china rose, and sunflower micro-greens. Tolstoy wrote that his best thoughts come after walking. I think mine today have come after the comfort and satisfaction of tasting these sublime micro -greens.
