I have been trying to contact them for the last couple of days about my bin pick up not getting emptied.The bin was not emptied on the 30/12/2022 and the 6/01/2023.I have email and left online enquiry have not got back to me.PayAsUGO for Household bin weekly pick up. 2 weeks it's been now and know one is getting back to me

I have had amazing service so far, able to walk in the branch and girls a very helpful, was explained to me they don't get to take the calls in the branch love thier trucks always kept clean,

We were in overseas for a year due to covid. It is shocking that our waste collection service was stopped when we came back although we have paid all the fee. Well done waste management. We would never come back to you due your unreliable service.

Appalling approach to customer service when dealing with a unique situation. Happy to take your $$ but not willing to be flexible in approach. Arrogant and dismissive when trying to explain the situation to them. Asked to speak to a manager and they miraculously couldn't get through to one. There refusal to help out and be flexible has the potential to cost us 10s of thousands of dollars.If you have a need for a skip bin or a flexi bin, DO NOT use Waste Management.

Have not had my bin collected twice in a row. Rang them to find out if perhaps there was an issue with my account. Problem is I can't get hold of anyone. No one answers the phone. They really need to redo their menu. Its awful!Otherwise have normally never had an issue. In the past they were better with the customer service but at the moment it's impossible to talk to anyone.

Absolutely terrible the service is terrible customer service is even worse bin never gets emptied on time nor does it get picked up after I cancelled my services on time horrible never again suggest going elsewhere

I have just edited my review. Because although this company have been good for the most part..this year they have increased my rate twice within 3ths times pan. From $28.50pm to $30.75 this year Feb 2022. They now want to increase again 25% so now I look at alternatives as this is not right in my mind. I would expect once a year raises but not every few months!! Really disappointed with this tactic.Stealing food out of my kids mouth is all I see. And as a solo parent this makes me so disheartened. Stop with the increases. Please.

Have used waste management before and received bad service. Gave benefit of doubt to try again and our order has been wiped. Lady was very unpleasant on phone and not willing to help whatsoever. Sounded like she didn’t want to be there. No wonder you have poor reviews

Worst of the worst. They have no competitors for a long time thats why they di not care. -5 stars is probably what the business is deserved. Customer service is unreal. Never ever pick up the phone. They will never call back. Then try email. Thanks god they reply a month later. Then take another month to reply. We are done with you. Close the account which also take a month for a single response. JJ waste is the way to go. New in town but super solid. I use them now. They really look after us like the way it is supposed to be.

Absolutely shocking customer service. We have been with them for 15 years but this last year has been awful. They don’t pick up the bins at the times we have been told, it is hit or miss when the truck actually picks up our bin. Customer service was rude and lied to us when I rang to see why it had not been picked up again. Apparently they think we should pay them for nothing.
