I took my son’s MacBook for touch pad issue, it stays with them for almost a month, but problem still exist. I have visited this place so many times for the same issue and paid a big amount for nothing.They claim to change some part but it didn’t work at all.

Workmanship is good but I have serious concerns about your pricing policy.When I phoned for a quote I was quoted $175 all up for the replacement of my screen.When I got to the store the price was $225. When I questioned this I was told that the quoted price was for a non Samsung screen and the genuine one costs $35 more.When paying I was charged $225. If you add $ 35 to $175 you get $210 as I was told the total will be. Then I got a garbled reason for the extra $15 . And then when paying with my credit card he wanted to add another $35 to the price for banking fees!It seems as if you are not honest with your pricing policy.I was also told there is a 3 year guarantee on the work but once again nothing in writing.So you will not see me again and I will be warning others.

This shop is amazing, there is nothing they cant do or fix, every time i have an issue with my Phone, iPad, or laptop they have a solution and its usually done very quickly and hassle free, Pricing is very good and they guy there is very experiencedHighly recommended

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon to ask about a camera error. The staff answered my questions in a friendly, helpful and informative way and solved all my questions in a minute. He even uses his own phone to physically show me examples of the situation, which made things clear even for people bad with IT like me.

Brilliant service and communication. Tablet screen replaced perfectly within the estimated time, and a handy text to say it was ready to pick up. Slightly cheaper and definitely faster than any of the other options I looked at.

I went in to repair my daughters iphone for a screen & battery replacement. The service was absolutely fantastic. Quick turnaround, clear with instructions and was cheaper in price quoted by other mobile shops. So full marks to Smart Fix NZ.
