Foodbox

Great selection of products. Trying to use Afterpay as mode of payment but it doesn't exist on the website.

I am a new user to Foodbox, as I was sick of the same old same old the ither bags/boxes offer. This option is excellent and the produce is fresh, restaurant grade quality. Highly recommend.

I have placed an order with Foodbox using Afterpay, only to receive some of the products ordered. Tried calling and emailing with no response from them. Only after texting on Facebook they’ve responded. First and last time ordering from Foodbox and do not recommend using them.

If I could give this a ZERO STAR I would. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a delivery for my mum during lock down so she didn't have to go out as she was not vaccinated. They assured me this would arrive on time. It was severely delayed. The customer service was terrible. Would not recommend at all! So bad! Don't put yourself through this people. It is not worth the hassle!!! Read all the other reviews also. Clearly I'm not the only one unhappy.

I first used your company in March while I was off with COVID and I thought it was great and had no issues. On Monday of this week I placed an order on your website through Afterpay for delivery on Wednesday (2 days ago) I received a confirmation from Afterpay straight away but no confirmation email from you.When I logged into my account everyday up until today the order was showing and delivery was showing as scheduled for Wednesday 8 June 2022.I made contact with you on Wednesday afternoon following up, then again on Thursday morning to which I received a response I am following up with our dispatch team as we speak... I'll be with you shortly with an update" great finally someone was looking into this... 2 hours later still hadn't heard back so I sent a further follow up email.... 5 hours later still no response so sent another email again no response... it is now Friday and sent a further follow up email to which I get a response saying "we have checked with our accounts team and no pending deliveries on your account..." this is completely unacceptable as I said up until this morning my order was showing in my account as scheduled for delivery on Wednesday 8 June.I had received a confirmation from Afterpay straight away after making the order which was provided to you and again still no response.The lack of communication is diabolical especially when you do not answer the phones. Customer satisfaction is a zero and I would like you to immediately refund my Afterpay account. I have also been in contact with them providing evidence.I will not be using your company again and do not recommend anyone else use it either."

Great service. Foodbox arrived at 9.30pm during level 4 lockdown. Working hard to get the food out despite obvious supply and logistics barriers.The food is always fresh and the meat is exceptional. It is so much nicer than what you can get in a supermarket. Foodbox is only slightly more expensive than our local new world.Have ordered from Foodbox every lockdown and it is so reassuring to have staples arriving weekly. I haven't had delivery problems, but 2 of my friends on rural delivery have had missing boxes and the resolution of who was responsible was unclear.

I'm blown away by the quality of the produce in my first Foodbox! I love the flexibility Foodbox provides with the ability to remove or add grocery items. Thank you for making grocery shopping a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Really disappointed with the box we had delivered during the lockdown period. The website claims the produce to be restaurant quality but some of our items were rotten or damaged and some of the meat was missing. When I queried this they said they had new non-configurable boxes however I placed my order well before these were released, haven’t heard back from them since and haven’t received any type of refund. Won’t be using this service again and have gone back to using hello fresh. The only good thing about this service was the speedy delivery and the fact we could add milk and bread to the order. I’m not usually one to give a bad review but again, I’m really disappointed with foodbox.co.nz

Foodbox is now a much loved and looked forward to staple in our house. Quality Produce & Meat, Convenient and Reliable.Highly recommend.

You customise your box. You get a few days to make changes, if you wish. Then it goes out. It's like Christmas! I use it during COVID and with a recent injury. The quality of food is sensational. And there's a great variety. It's a great option.
