They totally were not listening. Was having fuel issues with my Ford Transit and they told me I had a Bosch fuel pump. I knew it was a Lucas, had a large label on it! Quoted $4000+ to put wrong pump in! No one had looked under the bonnet. Not a clue, wouldnt leave my wheely bin with them! Got it fixed for $200 at a diesel pump specialist garage.
