3 staff members standing around while there's a line of people waiting to be served and yet nothings happening? Always bad service when I come here to get photos print. Takes forever to be served

I'm sorry to have to write this because all the staff are absolutely lovely and willing to help, but there always seems to be a shortage of staff in the printing service area.. And everytime I've been in there the wait for printing/photos is outrageous. (and I go in a lot!) I think I might go elsewhere when I don't have a lot of spare time.

The fist time I come in to get photos printed it was excellent right to the service.This time round have had trouble with my photos.I ordered in line and haven't received all my photos.Waited most of the day for missing photos and I'm not impressed.
