Came in to switch my plan and unfortunately the customer service was not great. The staff here really should be trained in hospitality.

Excellent in store service, support nd knowledge... as Is almost the case always with VF 5 mile...... Have been calling in these guys since they first opened some 3-4 years ago........ It's their support staff off site that let them down...... I've had issues with transfer transfer of dRedirected numbers etc... more than I can remember...

Went in to switch to one and buy a new phone, staff were disinterested and rude. I left and went to 2 degrees instead where they were more than happy to help me.

Alea was really unhelpful, felt extremely disappointed with his customer service quality, consistently raising up his voice like customer did something wrong to him. My broadband been deactivated by Vodafone company while I moved to new apartment, but I’ve only asked for address change which I only found out yesterday as my internet connection was fully gone. Store team rather then helping me out from a situation that I need to stay home with no internet at all for a whole week, they trying very hard to shut me off with “ you wasn’t charged for while you had your internet going”. Changing to spark now.

The retail team here on-site are awesome.... and service has improved significantly since 2020.... Good to deal with... GENUINE interest and great product knowledge..... They do come and go, and suffer from highest turnover..but retail does everywhere....

So rude and unhelpful both staff that we dealt with, Almost made me stop using Vodafone all together,My wife’s family are over for 2 week, they were first told to buy a travel sim for 65, when we asked can we just buy a normal sim and top it they just lost all interest. After that they became very rude. When I asked for help he said it’s very complicated and that’s why they recommended the 65$ sim. After all that I called Vodafone and had all 3 sim topped up ready to go after 5 minutes. Prior to this my family were in the store for almost an hour with zero help.

Useless is the only word to describe the staff. The only answers they know are we don't know" and "it's not our job". Don't waste your time and just hire another company"

Worst Service ever. They did not helpful at all and we asked about sim card, they showed us sim card with expensive plan. I should’ve go to 2degree.

Not very helpful with a refund from V fine.. make it too hard hence why we will change our provider as soon as we can get hold of someone via phone to get refund!!
