Really recommend their service! The guide George is quite informative and knows what he is doing!Even on the full moon, we had good views of the stars, clusters, nebulas and moon craters from his telescopes! He even had the arrangements for the kids to see those.During stargazing, information sessions, hot chocolate and marshmallow with bonfire were also set up!The best part is, he shares the picture online for free!

What an amazing experience. George is so knowledgeable and brilliant at explaining what you can see in the night's sky. The clouds came over at one point but it didn't matter because there was so much to show us in other parts of the sky. The hot chocolate and marshmallows were greatly appreciated on a chilly night. Would definitely do it again!

The stargazing tour was excellent. George's sharing was very informative, and I learned much about the stars. We got to observe different stars through 2 telescopes as George explained what we were looking at.Blankets and hot chocolate drinks were provided to keep us warm in the chillly night. Each group also had their group photo taken with the starry night sky, providing a brilliant background for a beautiful picture.

We had the best experience! George is very knowledgeable, friendly and was very organised! The weather was raining through the day but he kept us updated throughout the day. We were very lucky that the rain had stopped and we got clear skies for our 11:30pm session. Comfortable seats with warm blankets, delicious hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows! After 12 years and 4 flights to Tekapo, George made our first experience of the dark sky memorable for our 10 year anniversary! 10/10 would highly recommend and we are already keen to come back! Thank you again George!!

Would highly recommend this experience to anyone who likes space and stars!George kept us informed of where to meet, what to bring and what the weather conditions were.He ran a professional yet relaxed evening where we learnt all about our universe, whilst drinking delicious hot chocolate (even has a dairy free option at booking).Looking through his telescopes was a highlight of the night, along with the knowledge he shared with us.This is a wonderful intimate experience for a very reasonable price!George provided a warm blanket for us but in winter it doesn’t hurt to rug up and bring some warm clothes.Thanks George, you legend!

George was super friendly and knowledgeable. He had told us in advance that it was 60% cloudy and gave us an opportunity to cancel or trial/continue. We decided to stick with it and definitely don't regret it. Despite the weather being cloudy, it was still a great experience. Everything was well prepared - cushions, blankets, hot chocolate, marshmallows and photos. Would recommend :)

We had an amazing night learning about the stars in the southern sky and really enjoyed the whole experience. George is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand and remember. The photos of our group with the Milky Way in the background will be a treasured momento. This tour was amazing! George is so incredibly knowledgeable, it’s fascinating to hear him talk about the stars and planets. Sitting under the night sky with blankets and hot chocolates, hearing incredible facts about our galaxy (and beyond!) was the best way to spend the evening. This is an absolute must-do if you’re anywhere near the area.

This was such an amazing experience and I’m so glad I did it. George was lovely, he told us so much about the stars, he was so knowledgeable and I feel like I learnt a lot from him. To be able to understand what you’re looking at is great, and getting the opportunity to look through the telescope was wonderful. He took great photos of the moon and myself with the stars, some photos I’ll keep forever. It was such a good tour and for a very good price too. The hot chocolate and the marshmallows was a bonus too! Thank you George!

My partner and I did the tour tonight, it was incredible! George is very funny and knowledgeable, we felt comfortable and welcomed in minutes. Very grateful for the blankets provided as I didn’t dress as warm as I should’ve, and for the hot chocolate! The fire and toasting marshmallows under the stars was an awesome experience too. Would definitely do the tour again and highly recommend to everyone
