Absolute appalling that these people don't refund you a single cent during the lock down when there was no classes. I wonder what they did with tuition money as well as the government subsidy? Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere at the end of the year because they can't end tuition during the year for the reason we pay our teachers in advance for the year" - I wonder how that works because your teachers keep changing?"

Sean loves this place and is all praises for Dylan and his team. Been with the school for 5 years now and always keen to go for his classes.

Absolute horrible experience with this music school. Luckily we only enrolled one year,definitely won’t continue the next year. The teacher has endless excuses to delay his lessons. According to what the director of the music school claimed, he was supposed to deliver 2 times 20 mins zoom lessons per weeks. The fact is we often did not have any lessons in 2-3 weeks. The teacher said he had problems with logging in zoom or personal family difficulties.Yes, it is a difficult time to everybody in NZ, if you are responsible you can make up the lessons instead of delaying and finding endless excuses. When we ask for refunding, the director of this music school has exactly the same attitude, complaining about our poor understanding of difficult situation during the lockdown.what kind of attitude is this? Is there any organization in NZ which can supervise the teaching quality of a school and bring justice to the clients? We are also consumers. We paid for educations instead of a solid product. We deserve a warranty of quality as well!!!
