Lovely staff with professional behaviour. Well deserved 5 stars. I visited them late on Friday afternoon asking for an emergency repair for my lawnmower, and they treated me like a VIP person.They provided a thorough repair for a pretty fair price.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Rip me off twice did the same thing. Said they couldn't do a quote because the dont know what the problem is until its pulled apart agreed if over $80 don't do the work ill just buy a new water blaster and weed eater, then get a bill for $180 and sais mate ill give you a discount on labour like he's doing you a favour

Ed was a nice guy was helpful but the other guy don’t know his name think he is the boss is not very easy to talk with doesn’t really listen to what your saying an also quoted me 72 came back and he said job done it will be $124 so maybe a phone call to say it will be more would be nice.

Got my weed sprayer pack fixed here recently. Received a great service and a fair price. I own and run a landscaping company and the owner had previously worked in the same Profession. He offered great industry specific advice for maintenance on the sprayer pack and also common tools we use in the industry. I highly recommend using Hauraki Mowers & Chainsaw. Thanks team!

Great old fashioned friendly expert no problem too big customer service. Really know their stuff and went the extra mile to find second hand parts for my old mower which I bought from Bunnings. By the time I left I had decided to buy my next mower from these guys.

Great choice of contractors equipment in store, with a knowledgeable owner.Servicing cost is very fair compared to other outdoor stores and they carry most spare parts in stock . So no week wait for parts like other stores. Highly recommended for contractors or anyone wanting advise on good gear not crap from a hardware chain store.
