Went to Kess Sylvia Park for a cut and colour. Sai did an amazing job - my hair was sleek and perfectly conditioned. Very happy with the result. Will be going there regularly for my hair care.

A wonderful experience. Asha (hope I spelt that correctly) really took care of me and my hair. Decided to ditch my usual full colour after she recommended getting half head highlights and now I’m forever changed. Loving my new hair! Thank you Asha!

I came to have my highlights redone and Sai was fantasctically amazing. She change my hair color to the ideal shade that suits my skin color. I just love how she did my hair. Sai did an amazing haircut and blow wave for me. She understood what I wanted and had some great tips on keeping my hair in top condition.

Made an online booking, came in and the lady said it was not in the system. I showed them the email confirmations I had and asked for her to read it but she ignored looking at the email and gave me attitude for their system screwing up. Then she told me to sit down without communicating how long it will take and just walked off.Very poor customer service skills and they also lack responsibility and professionalism. This is not who you want cutting your hair.I left and went to Just cuts which is a few stores down, it was cheaper than Kess and the staff was very welcoming! I was also very happy with the way they cut my hair, would highly recommend them if this happens to you too.Note: Had an amazing experience at Kess Hair & Beauty Albany though, so definitely don’t rule out Kess!

I have started going to kess sylvia from past 6 months for beauty treatments . Aniqa is highly recommended highly professional always accommodating really good at her services.

After reading all the reviews, I thought of trying this place for my Haircut and it didn’t let me down. Sai, is an amazing hair stylist she not only gave me a beautiful hair cut but also recommended few good tips to maintain my hair.Aniqa did my eyebrows, chin, lip and underarms, she was careful while doing and also checking if the wax is not very hot. She was amazing as well and waxing was painless.Thank you ladies for wonderful service you guys made my day!

If i have to rate the service, it is okey. The owner or host was not much frendly. They didn’t have enough range of colour choices. So i end up getting different shades. However, my hairstylist doesn’t look confident and happy with work.

I got my hair done today after many years and I am so happy with my results the pictures speak for themselves I had the most wonderful experience with Sai she is truly amazing she chose the color the style and I feel like a new person xxx

Last Saturday evening (8/04/23), we paid a visit to Kess for the second time. Unfortunately, during our first visit, we had a negative experience with eyebrow shaping. However, we decided to give it another go and had our brows done by a different lady on Saturday. Regrettably, it was an identical experience, and when I requested that she slow down, she disregarded my request. She worked too quickly, making the eyebrow threading process quite painful.
