Custom Fascia and Spouting Auckland

Avoid this company at all cost. The customer service is non-existent. Never shows up on site when they book in dates. Ended up wasting so much of my time I have given up contacting them and went with their competitor that fixed the mistakes they werent willing to admit.Drewe was an absolute nightmare to deal with. It's like he has a psychological issue where he has to be correct. Will blame everything around his work to avoid admitting wrong. Never had a worse experience in my life.

Dave came to our place to replace of gutters. His work is very professional, neat, and tidy. I am delighted with this company. It was an excellent installation at a reasonable price, and the office staff communicated well.

What can I say, highly recommend this company. Had an issue with my spouting. Got Custom Facia & Spouting to provide a quote having very little understanding of what was involved, I chose to go with this company and so pleased I did. They resolved the issue promptly and they pointed out a couple of cracked tiles on my roof, they offered to fix this for me at no extra charge. It could've cost me a lot more if I required an insurance job due to a leak in my roof. I would highly this company as they are very professional and offer a great service and value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Thank you so much.

Great experience from start to go. A slight hiccup come install time but I often say 'its how you put things right that customers will remember' and CF&S did just that. Have another job coming up and will have no hestitation in using them again. The finished product is fantastic!! A++

Used Custom Fascia and Spouting to repair a section of my gutter and install 3 new downpipes.Darren came to measure and quote, I found him very knowledgeable and helpful. Priced reasonably.Small confusion surrounding install date due to COVID but Niki, Lisa and Drewe were very understanding, corteous and helpful.Johnny then came and did an excellent job installing.

The gutter and spouting team did an excellent job replacing a mismatch of old existing gutters and spouting. Drew and Cory were incredibly nice and professional in ensuring an excellent job well done. I am very happy with the outcome and would well recommend them, even if there is a little wait due to their popularity and bad weather.

Great installation at reasonable prices. Office staff were great at communication. They are a professional company and they provided to us a free written quote, terms and conditions with a couple of samples too.They finished our small sized job in 2 days and even came back to fix a tiny few drops. Highly recommend them.

We had our internal spouting replaced with this highly professional company. The service was fantastic and the job was completed well ahead of schedule. Our water leaks and gutters are now leak free. The installer Simon was super friendly and very helpful and tidy. I couldn't speak more highly of him. We would happily use Custom Fascia Spouting again and certainly recommend them to others!
