Kiwi website design took on the massive job of creating a brand new, modern website for our Above Ground Pool Superstore. It was well overdue for an update and we couldn't be happier with the result. We had quotes from other website creators that were getting up to $20,000+.. not realistic for our small business. Kiwi website offered us a great deal and although the job took some time (understandable due to the huge amount of products we have) it was well worth the wait!We have definitely noticed an increase in sales and love the extra features such as the live chat with website visitors.After service was also fantastic! I had a very bad experience with Kiwi Website Design. Sales process was good but all the execution was a nightmare. Website development was terrible and had issues. We initiated the start of the SEO campaign which cancelled the unlimited revisions which left us will a poor website. After we completed the SEO campaign they continued to bill our company which I emailed and said they would refund and sort it. I am now writing this as KWD have now taken a seconds months payment out of our account without permission.

The experience was amazing and the journey was smooth, KWD was professional and they were able to deliver tailored ideas. Dan from sales was very good with his sales and he gave me the confidence that they will be able to deliver. Maria the Project Manager was the star, she went over and beyond to deliver us the quality, though I had many ideas and frequent changes she never got annoyed. I found these guys wasted a lot of time promising to do stuff via phone calls, zoom meetings and emails. What they did do was great, but it actually only equated to a very small amount of what was supposed to have been done. They spent a lot more time making excuses, repeating themselves umpteen times and eventually only doing a very small portion of what was promised as surprise, surprise the funds ran out" - as they obviously charged by the hour (even when they continuously repeated themselves) Not particularly impressed and I would not recommend using them unless you have endless patience and endless funds.Interesting how quickly you responded to this review
