Wait time is just obnoxious

Needed to call study link to change some details. They said it would be a 30 minute wait so I reluctantly waited. Little did I know I'd be waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes. DISGRACEFUL! HIRE MORE STAFF! Studylink has always been a nightmare to deal with...

Such a long wait for allowance and loan just to confirm a few papers. Then they don't even contact you or send a email (when they say they will and suppose to) to let you know if they inquire more information from you. WTH!! After a week of sending my application I rang up to see the status of my application, 43 minutes later someone finally picks up, this fulla is saying i need this and that! Well i didn't get any emails so how could i possibly know?!?! Then you have stupid eligibility test! It should be you wont get an allowance test!! Is Studylinks aim for people to get loans?!! I wish the system would be more helpful. Studylink really needs improvement in system, structure and staff. Please make a change!

Nobody has time to wait an hour on hold to talk to someone for two seconds. Putting up a live chat on the studylink website would be a really useful way to answer those quick questions students have! The staff are helpful once you get through but I have never been able to have a call answered within 40 minutes.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes and got zero help from someone who just didn't give a care.

You can not contact these people ever. They are always too busy to take calls...Another great labour's undeliverable....

They not there and impossible to get hold of via phone. Worst bureaucratic organization I've ever doubt with overall.

Poor - 75 mins wait time on phone and 10 days to respond to an email. If this was a business it would be out of business by now. Had to give it one start to post - my preference is no stars

The website is terrible, it's so difficult to log in to your own account. The links never work. They make it mighty impossible to use!

In Feb 2022, phone wait times were over an hour with the excuse studies hadn't began yet???? In May 2022 wait times still over an hour?Just another terrible system in NZ. I had to give 1 star to write a post lolRATE 0 Stars
