Wow what an unforgettable experience, staff went beyond expectations, that chap (Phillip?) really knows his stuff and has made life so much easier, Tania? made my phone purchase so easy and everything turned up on time the day she said it would....doesn't happen often these days.

Excellent service. Joanne patiently and persistently managed to resolve an unusual issue that other Technicians and phonecalls to Vodafone customer service had been unable to resolve. Much appreciated.
