I had a bad experience when I used this company for a building report. They are unprofessional, extremely expensive and offers a very poor service.

Do not use this company for pre inspection or building reports. They are unprofessional, disorganised and incompetent. Their one employee/owner Dougal McLellan should not be allowed to pass himself off as a building surveyor. He is extremely expensive and offers a very poor service . I note the only other review on Google a unbelievable 5 stars happens to be his son
