Liv has created a magical, beautiful, safe, calm and inviting environment that brings a sense of belonging and community each time I walk through those doors. With a wide range of studio times and offerings, Manawa Studio offers something for everyone. I walk out of each class feeling a sense of calm and joy.

I had a great experience at Manawa studio, it was warm, comfortable and cozy. Olivia is a very calm and patient yoga teacher with extensive training and knowledge, I will definitely be going back!!Namaste

Manawa Yoga
Went to a yin class here the other evening and it was just what i needed. Liv is an extremely calm, attentive, lovely yoga teacher and I hugely recommend her classes. I especially enjoyed the immersion of te ao Māori and te reo Māori. The studio was also a beautiful space to practise in.
