Manaia fitness

A great place for workout. Nice and clean and well equipped. I got a membership for a month with reasonable prices. Adam the gym manager is a good person. There is a new sound system in the place now.

Great gym, most of the time you'll be the only one there, and it has a good range of equipment and weights for how out of town it is. Always remember to put your free weights back on the shelf, the slotted ones where they belong, and your sweat on your towel, not the seats of machines.

Just had a mid-week vacation in Parua Bay and we were so happy to discover Manaia Fitness. The owner Adam was tremendously helpful in getting us set up. We called the number posted on the door and Adam happily agreed to meet us at the gym the next morning. The price for a one day pass (being out-of-towners, we really didn't need a lengthy membership) was very reasonable. We work out in a small gym in our small hometown so we expected a similar experience of less than new equipment and some accommodation to a small space. Not so. All the equipment was new and in great condition. Adam helped out with questions on equipment with which we were not familiar. The layout was good with a nice assortment of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. If you live in the area, you are lucky to have a great gym right in the neighborhood. If you are visiting or vacationing, absolutely visit Manaia Fitness to stay up on your workouts!!
