Absolutely rude on the phone.Only asked for mileage on an alternator and they simply said they do not have this information, but wants to sell to me. Then soon accused me of mucking around, in the end told me some swear words, when I am explaining that I will not buy it without mileage information. I mean, was that too much to ask? LOLRuuuuude people!!!

Unfriendly staff. They were not willing at all to help. We called them the day before to ask whether they had the parts available and were told yes, only to find out they have none in stock after driving almost 300kms to this place.

Called dealer the day before and was told they have the cars and or maybe the parts we need.Drove 280 KM to site... greeting them respectfully just to be told in a absurdly rude manner that they don't deal with what they have said they do.Not helpful at all and extremely unprofessional.The office was super dirty and is seems like they have no washing facilities at all by the looks of them.These guys are definitely not professional or helpful.

Good team of top blokes! Came in to try and get a part and trying other auto wreckers in Dunedin. They didn't end up having a part in stock but gave me a hand trying to fix the broken part. All up great team and great service
