I want to recommend Joshua and Brendan at the RSM Albany branch. I sustained an ankle injury which meant I had to do my end of year accounts quickly in order to get ACC payments. Josh was really easy to deal with, empathetic and explained things in plain English. He communicated well with me regularly to ensure a quick turnaround. Josh and his team's support was priceless in my time of need!
