Very happy with Conrad and his team's workmanship, efficiency and integrity, got our work quoted and done in a matter of days, popped round himself on the weekend for a chat when I had a question, and has been incredibly accommodating of me needing to move appointments, and when I had to delay a start when I had to run off for an emergency. Pretty impressive. Made me feel very relaxed about the whole process. Would recommend to anyone, no sweat.

He optimised the work to reduce costs to me, and made sure the fittings were safe and secure before leaving the premises. Tungsten Electrical Dan turned up at my rental after swift & great communication with owner Conrad.Dan was polite, and not only identified the issue with the hot plates that weren’t working correctly, he speedily went to get spare parts, fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. This saved the owners having to buy a whole new cook top. Would absolutely recommend and use Conrad’s team in the future. Thanks Dan & Conrad. I have given positive feedback to my property manager!
