Ashley, the lovely nurse was just brilliant, who took extremely great care of me. Found Ashley extremely Professional, caring, helpful & competent & went the extra mile, to top it all. Love the lovely Air conditioning at the reception area & always greeted with a warm welcome.

Has moved from previous Delta Ave location and now conveniently located at the New Lynn transport Hub.Nice large building with a good amount of seating, wheelchair access and nice, clean lab rooms.When you arrive just grab a card from the front desk, scan it and take a seat until the number showing on your card is called.

I would highly recommend Labtest New Lynn. I normally have problems with having my blood taken however Kamini the phlebotomist was AMAZING!!! Thank you so very much.

I have notoriously difficult veins PLUS a fear of needles = not a great combo.Went into the New Lynn clinic today for the first time. Shraddha, my phlebotomist, was so lovely and really calmed me down with some nice conversation. She had a wonderful confidence when she said she could find the vein and do it painlessly and SHE DID! I was surprised to learn that she was a trainee. Overall, a great experience

There is a lot of seats and it's spacious too. The staff are very welcoming and caring too.

The staff that work there are extremely caring and friendly for me, a nervous patient. New location near Bus/Train station is very convenient. Huge waiting area, plenty of seats, nice deco. Hardly feel a thing when they do a blood test, and the lady shows me the sticker before putting on tubes, so I don't have to look at my own blood, after I explained I am squeamish. Thankyou :)

They have a very experienced nurse who did the blood draw for my two year old son successfully! Only needed one try and got it right into the vein and got the blood (from the inner side of elbow.) If your little ones need to do a blood test, you can go and ask for this experienced staff to do it for you.Thank you so much! And also thanks to the other members of the team who have helped us.And BTW, they have moved to the new location (address as shown on google ) but the photos of the location are not updated yet. The new location has a much larger space and more seats for waiting.

Waited in line for a long time. Very small reception so only 3 chairs spaced out for covid requirements. Waited in reception for a long time and when I was finally seen the lady remarked oh just a urine test

I want to make a formal complaint to one of the nurse who did my blood test on Wednesday 24/5/23 around 7:45am. I didn’t check her name, but remembered her face. She didn’t find my blood vessel for a long time. And I showed her that I just did blood test few days ago, there is a needle mark, but she said she still can’t find my blood vessel. I asked her to find other girl to do it. But she still put needle in where is the last needle mark there, she used needle go inside my skin very deep and turned needle around to try to find my vessel. I told her to stop, she still keeping do it at least 40 seconds. Then she went to find other nurse to take my blood sample. She never said sorry to me. I will come next week to find her name and complain to the manager.
