Very efficient and professional. He is thorough and sticks to the rules which makes you feel safe.You need to book and if you are far enough ahead you can usually get a convenient time.I especially like that he warns you about future things you probably need to do before next time which gives you a chance to organise them. Being in a rural area with no public transport means you have to plan well ahead.
